Industrial Two Stage Air Compressor Product Description
Two-stage compression energy saving principle:
Oil injected screw air compressor use two-stage compression to enhance the efficiency of the compressor. The two-stage compression screw main engine adopts two-stage segmented compression, namely the first-stage compression and the second-stage compression. After the first-stage compression finished, the oil and gas can be fully mixed between the stages to reduce the suction temperature of the second-stage compression, thereby reducing power consumption.
The double-stage compression main engine reduces the compression ratio of each stage, reduces the internal leakage, improves the volumetric efficiency, reduces the bearing load, and improves the life of the main engine;

One year for the whole machine and two years for screw air end, except consumable spare parts and we can provide some spare parts of the machines
